Hotel as a whole is quiet and excellent, I loved it.

Reasonably large rooms complete with a balcony, a fan plus air conditioning. The atmosphere of the hotel is family! The location is unbeatable and excellent, restaurants and bars were close to the venue.

It's excellent home base for visiting some must see attractions in Granada. The staff are sweet, and the owner too. The location is excellent and absolutely incredible, at a medium distance from Guadalupe Church.

the hotel location was magnificent in the middle of jackson. had supper enjoying drinks at nearby toritos bar restaurant. we got a room with bathtubs. we loved terrace view.

Quiet hotel, the idea of having a double room was great. The breakfasts were fantastic. The location turned out to be absolutely incredible, close enough to the center and bars and restaurants, the centre of Granada and restaurants. Furthermore, very close to the main plaza. We greatly enjoyed spending 7 nights here.

I had the most delightful experience at Casa Del Agua! The host happily accommodated me even though I arrived early. The location is perfect, right at the center of town but away from noise. The value for money is incredible! The staff were absolutely wonderful, making me feel welcomed. I can't wait to come back again!

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, climate control, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with bathtubs. The location was excellent, close to old town...

The location was fantastic, just a few steps from the city center, and it only took us 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop at Terminal Mercado.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Del Agua - a useful base for exploring Granada. The staff was sweet and the owner too. The location was great, right in the middle of the action. Moreover, it's close to the center of Granada, the main plaza, and bars and restaurants.

Guests rave about the delicious breakfast, fresh fruit, and helpful kitchen facilities. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing recommendations and even arranging tours. The hotel also offers services like refilling water bottles and access to a community fridge.

There were some minor maintenance issues like loose doors and missing pool tiles.

What a delightful experience! I’ve been all over Nicaragua many times and this is definitely one of my favorite places ever! We arrived extremely early and the host happily accommodated us. Welcoming atmosphere in a great location right at the center of town but away from noise. Great value! Gerry, the host, and staff are absolutely wonderful! Casa Del Agua is extremely cozy and beautiful. Loved the attention we received and the environment created by Gerry. Can't wait to visit again!

Clean rooms, great location. Polite host, served delicious breakfast and coffee. Night security, excellent WiFi. English channels on TV. Highly recommended. Will return.
